Wimbledon outfits are something we religiously look forward to every year. It’s not your typical red carpet, celebrity-style moment. No, Wimbledon fashion is far more relaxed, summery, and casual, yet still effortlessly classy and chic. The tournament knows how to deliver a proper fashion moment. And tennis, of course — but that’s not quite why we’re here.
Before we get into the tennis whites, here’s a quick recap of what went on last weekend. Just so we don’t get told off for completely ignoring the actual point of the event. Well, almost the point. Because let’s be honest, the Wimbledon outfits were spot on.
‘Italian talent goes well beyond just fashion and food’
The finals took place over the weekend of 12 and 13 July. On the Saturday, the American player Amanda Anisimova lost to Poland’s Iga Świątek, crowning Świątek the 2025 Women’s Singles Champion. The following day, Jannik Sinner defeated two-time champion Carlos Alcaraz, becoming the first Italian ever to win Wimbledon. After all, Italian talent goes well beyond just fashion and food.
The Men’s Doubles title stayed on home soil, with the British pair Cash and Glasspool taking the win, while the Women’s Doubles went to Elise Mertens and Veronika Kudermetova, who beat Jelena Ostapenko and Hsieh Su-wei in Sunday’s match.
So, now that we know who the best players were, let’s take a look at who the best-dressed were.
